Velocity Tape started as a passion project, born from a desire to push past the limits of off-the-shelf designs. What began with customizing personal motorcycles and gear using paint—and later, vinyl—quickly grew as other riders demanded true, full customization. In those early days, Mark built everything entirely by hand and by eye, launching the business with big ideas and just one product on the website—wheel tape. Thus, Velocity Tape was born.

After a hiatus while Mark pursued a career in engineering, a sudden career shift for both Mark and Tara brought them back to their roots. While Mark had the vision, the original process lacked the production value & flow of a professional shop. Tara stepped in, bringing over a decade of experience as a professional designer to bridge that gap. By introducing digital design, better customer visual communications, and commercial workflows, she turned a hand-crafted passion project into a refined, professional operation that still retains the original message - customization.

Today, Velocity Tape is a premier motorsports restyling and vinyl graphics shop. Specializing in high-end, custom graphics for motorcycles, helmets, jet skis, and off-road vehicles. Driven by a shared passion for bikes they are proud to build this next chapter together.
