Because our products are highly customized and tailored to your specific specifications, all sales are generally final, and we typically do not offer refunds.

Please carefully review the following terms regarding custom orders and deposits:

• Non-Refundable Design Deposits: Your initial deposit is applied directly as a design fee. Once our team begins working on your custom layouts, proofs, or technical specs, this deposit becomes strictly non-refundable.

• Production & Materials: Once a custom order has been approved and has entered the production phase, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund.

• Defects & Errors: If there is a physical manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to make it right. We can offer several solutions depending on the situation.
