Helmet Wraps
Can you wrap any helmet?
Yes. If the helmet has existing graphics, they may show though the wrap. A plain glossy helmet will get you the best results. In addition, we will not wrap helmets that are extremely dirty or have a bad odor.
Can you wrap glossy or matte?
Yes, but glossy shells are preferred for maximum adhesion.
What is the turn around time?
A project can range from 2 to 4 weeks from start to finish. Things like revising the design, sending us your helmet (or coordinating drop off/pick up), and complexity of design can change the timeline.
Can I put a printed photo on my helmet?
Yes! We have the capability to print a photograph to apply to your helmet.
How much does it cost?
Generally Full Custom Helmet Wrap service is $400/helmet. Depending on the scope of your project, the cost may vary.
Will wrap damage the helmet surface?
Most DOT approved helmets will not be affected by wrap removal. Some plastic polymers, like the TLD SE4 and GP visors have cheap finishes and have flaked when removing wrap in our experience.
Will wrapping my helmet affect its safety rating?
No. High-quality vehicle vinyl applies to the outer shell without degrading the EPS foam liner or structural integrity of the helmet shell. We do not use solvents to install.
Can you wrap my visior?
We do not wrap main clear face shields for safety and visibility reasons. However, we can apply custom sun-strips (visor banners) across the top edge of the visor, or wrap peak/sun-visors on motocross and adventure helmets.

At this time we only offer kits for certain makes, models, and sizes. Contact us to verify.
How long does the wrap last?
If cared for well, our graphics can last 3-7 years.
Shipping
Our price for Full Custom Wrap does not include shipping to or from our workplace. The client is responsible to coordinate and purchase appropriate labels and pack the helmet accordingly. We will repack and take to the post office (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) upon completion.

Can you wrap my gas tank?
Yes. Tank only wraps are a product. Check out our shop.
Gas tank wrap is also included in the Full Custom Service.
Can you Wrap My Race Bike?
Yes.
We only wrap OEM quality fairings and parts. Meaning if the finish is just primer, badly scratched, or spray painted, we cannot guarantee vinyl wrap will adhere to the surface.
Can you do a partial wrap?
Yes. Contact us to discuss the scope of your project.
Do I need to give you my bike? Can I drop off the fairings?
We can work with either option. Please contact us to coordinate.
Do you wrap any bike?

No.
Can you wrap my Forks?
Yes, BUT we do not ordinarily wrap fork tubes and it is not covered by a warranty.
Can you wrap a dirt bike?
Yes! We use specialized high-tack adhesives specifically engineered to bond to low-surface-energy plastics (like polyethylene and polypropylene) used on dirt bikes, supermotos, dual-sports, and adventure bikes.
Can you wrap my Swingarm?
Yes, most models. It will be a decal placed on top and not a full wrap.
How much does it cost?
A full bike wrap and a partial bike wrap depend on the bike make and model, what components are going to be wrapped, and if we are disassembling parts from the bike or just accepting fairings. Contact us to get a free estimate.
Can I get a decal kit?
Yes! We now offer kits for dirt bikes, personal watercraft, street OEM motorcycles, some E-bikes, and some helmets.
Can I order decals to install myself?
Yes. We need to know the year, make, and model of your OEM motorcycle. Race fairing kits are limited, so please reach out if you have a race bike.
How long does a wrap take?
Depends on what we are wrapping and our schedule. Contact us to get a time estimate.
Full Custom vs Graphics Kit: how do they differ?
Whether you choose an in-house Full Custom Service or order a Pre-Cut Graphics Kit to install yourself, you get the same high quality vehicle vinyl. However, the final coverage and finished look differ:

Full Custom (Shop Install): Complete 360° hull coverage. We hand-wrap, heat-form, and tuck vinyl into panel crevices to hide all underlying paint and eliminate peel points.

Pre-Cut Kits (DIY, Shipped): Digitally scaled templates cut slightly short of sharp body edges and seams. They do not wrap around inner crevices or overlap completely, preventing water pressure from catching DIY edges.

How long does a wrap last?

Can I remove the wrap myself?
Yes. The vinyl can be safely removed using a low-heat heat gun or hair dryer to soften the adhesive, then slowly peeling the panels back at a 45-degree angle. Any minimal adhesive residue left behind can easily be cleaned off with rubbing alcohol or a mild adhesive remover.
