Policies

Welcome to our customer policy page. To ensure the best results and a smooth experience for all our customers, please take a moment to read through our customer policies. These policies help clarify what to expect before, during, and after your vinyl wrap installation.

Vehicle Condition Requirements

Cleanliness:   the item must be free of grease and dirt. Fairings must be OEM condition - gloss or matte finish, no primer finish fairings*. Used helmets should be clean, pads removed or laundered. We may reject delivery of dirty items. We may charge an additional cost for dirty items that we need to prepare for wrap.

Surface Condition: Vinyl adheres best to factory paint in good condition. Peeling, rust, dents, deep scratches, or non-OEM surfaces may affect installation quality and durability. We may reject wrapping pieces with these imperfections. We can be flexible so please contact us regarding your specific project.

We are not responsible for wrap failure on damaged or non-OEM surfaces.

2

timing expectations

Design turn around is typically within 3 business days of payment. Each revision could be same-day to 2 business days.

Wrapping helmets take 5-15 business days, depending on complexity and wrap type.
We will provide an estimated completion date, but delays may occur due to unforeseen issues or other projects in the shop.

We expect the client to provide feedback in a timely manner.

Progress photos may be sent. Certain design elements may need to be revised when the actual item is in our possession due to the nature of 2D mock-ups and 3D objects. We will consult with the client if there are challenges.

After compliting a project, further revisions may incur a fee and delay timing for delivery.
Expedited service may be available at an additional cost. Contact us for this service.

3

Warranty

We use high-quality vinyl films (e.g., 3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF, TinyBot). Manufacturer warranties vary.
Installation warranty: We offer a 1-year (from invoice) installation warranty covering bubbles, lifting, or peeling due to installer error.

This warranty is void on used helmets, non-OEM surfaces, stickers, do-it-yourself kits, is the wrap is damaged by crashes, scrapes, improper care, or tampering.

4

Limitations & Exclusions

Seams & Edges: While we strive for full coverage, some areas may require seams or may not be fully wrapped (e.g., extreme curves, deep recesses).

Disassembly/Reassembly: Some parts may need to be removed for a professional finish.

We are not liable for, pre-existing broken clips or brittle parts, any electrical issues that may arise from disconnection/reconnection.

Additional labor for taking fairings or parts off the bike will be applied. Additional labor for removing small pieces on helmets does not incur a fee.

5

Extra costs that may apply

Extensive cleaning (e.g., sap, tar, adhesive residue)
Removal of old wrap or graphics
Repairing paint or surface defects before wrapping
Wrap removal (if requested)
Vehicles larger than standard (e.g., trucks, RVs, fleets)

Maintenance

We provide care instructions with every wrap project. Failure to follow proper maintenance (e.g., using brush car washes, harsh chemicals, neglecting the film, consistent sun exposure) can lead to premature failure — and is not covered by warranty.

10

Disclaimer

Vinyl wrap is a temporary cosmetic solution. It is not paint and may not look identical in all lighting. Results vary depending on film type, vehicle condition, and application method. We are not liable for pre-existing issues that may become visible or worsen after wrapping.

Vinyl has physical limitations. Vinyl cannot always stretch or conform around deep recesses, sharp edges, or extreme compound curves without seams, relief cuts, or minor tension marks. Some areas may not be wrap-able due to material constraints or to avoid future peeling.

Time frames are estimates, not guarantees.
